Let one of our skilled artists take a few steps out of your day—so you can focus on what matters most. We are conveniently located in the Historic Jackson Square Shopping Center at 233 Jackson Square, Oak Ridge, TN 37830. Just look for the pink door. Walk-ins are welcome; appointments are preferred. All appointments—including walk-ins—require a valid card on file at the time of booking. Your card is stored securely within your client profile and will only be charged if needed to enforce our cancellation policy or when authorized by you at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Secret City Glow requires 24+ hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Otherwise, there will be a 20% late cancellation/rescheduling/no show fee charged in addition to any deposits paid. Emily’s appointments are subject to a 50% cancellation/rescheduling/no show fee if proper notice is not provided.
